Smart Systems for a Detached Home
In a detached home, we brought security, networking and smart shutter control together for everyday convenience. The owners retain control from their wall switches and phones.
Our approach
Protection at every level.
The wireless alarm system covers the building perimeter and interior with motion and opening sensors. Interconnected wireless fire detectors activate their built-in sounders to provide a shared warning.
Images and alerts.
The cameras identify people and vehicles in selected areas. Residents receive mobile alerts and can view live images or recorded events.
Reliable connectivity.
Wired networking serves desks, smart TVs and other points throughout the home. WiFi completes the coverage across the property.
Shutters that adapt.
We integrated the existing electric shutters into a smart control system. They can be operated individually or in groups from wall switches and phones, with position feedback in the app. Scenes based on time and sunlight adjust the shading. The “Leaving” scene closes every shutter, while “Returning” opens the ones selected by the owners.
