Smart Systems for an Apartment Renovation
The renovation of a third-floor apartment created an opportunity for a modern electrical installation. Entertainment, security and connectivity were designed together, with infrastructure that supports smart home systems.
Our approach
A new everyday experience in a familiar space.
Picture and sound, thoughtfully integrated.
We designed, installed and programmed a home cinema with a 3D HD projector, a 100-inch motorised screen, a 65-inch Smart TV and 5.1 surround sound. A dedicated wall mount and concealed cabling keep the television installation visually clean.
Security with a clear view.
The smart alarm was designed around the security plan and the residents’ needs. It includes opening protection on all perimeter doors and windows, with motion and glass-break detectors in every room.
AI-enabled IP cameras recognise people within defined areas, record events and send mobile alerts. Residents can access live views and recordings remotely, and view HD camera footage on every television in the apartment.
Connected throughout.
We installed a wired data network with network outlets and a WiFi network covering the apartment. Rooftop antennas provide terrestrial television reception and satellite reception from four satellites.
