Integrated systems

Smart Hotel in Evia

For a hotel undergoing renovation in Evia, we designed and installed security and networking systems that support its daily operation. The owner can monitor and control the systems from a phone.

Our approach

Hospitality begins behind the scenes.

Protection indoors and outdoors.

The wireless alarm system covers the perimeter, guest rooms, apartments, shared areas and offices. It includes motion, opening and vibration sensors, plus water-leak detection in the laundry area.

Early notification.

Wireless fire detectors with built-in sounders were installed in guest rooms and throughout the property. Their interconnection allows a shared audible warning when a detector is triggered.

Monitoring with foresight.

The 4MP IP cameras identify people and vehicles and send mobile alerts. Outdoor mounts were designed with future landscaping in mind. Defined monitoring zones support audible deterrence and flashing warning lights, while the entrance camera plays a welcome message.

Connectivity throughout.

A Cat6 network serves reception, offices, guest rooms and smart TVs, using suitable outdoor cabling where needed. Access points provide indoor and outdoor WiFi for many simultaneous users. A separate guest network includes a hotel welcome page.
