At the Bristol Myers Squibb headquarters, a smart conference hall adapts to every meeting. Presentations, video calls and screenings come together through integrated control of image, sound, lighting and comfort.

A projector, motorised projection screen and multichannel sound with in-wall speakers form the audiovisual installation. Infrastructure for monitors and Smart TVs, videoconferencing equipment and an interpretation system support different ways of communicating.

Sound insulation and acoustic absorption are part of the room design, creating an environment suited to speaking, listening and concentration.

Comfort, quietly coordinated.

Ventilation, air extraction and air conditioning operate automatically. Motorised blackout curtains and DMX-controlled main and decorative lighting adapt the hall to each activity.

One touch sets the scene.

A touchscreen brings the room’s functions together, with preset scenes for presentations, screenings, meetings and talks. A single touch coordinates the individual settings, preparing the space for the next session.
