Architectural Lighting at Neo Irakleio Town Hall
At Neo Irakleio Town Hall, architectural lighting brings the roof truss into focus. The steel structure becomes the building’s defining feature at night, while its daytime architecture remains unchanged.
Our approach
Light reveals the structure.
The highly reflective glass surfaces were unsuitable for the façade lighting effect we wanted to achieve. We chose to illuminate the roof truss, revealing its geometry and depth.
The installation was integrated discreetly, respecting the building’s daytime appearance. A DMX control system runs different lighting scenes automatically according to the time and date.
We carried out the lighting design, installation and programming, delivering a complete system that operates without daily human intervention.
One structure. Different expressions of light.
