Smart Home – KNX
KNX Smart Maisonette — Residence 03
The third smart maisonette within the shared building connects everyday living spaces with discreet KNX functionality. Lighting, shutters and wall-mounted keypads support a home with a warm atmosphere and straightforward control.
Our approach
Comfort in the details.
Lighting and shutter control.
KNX automation brings lighting and shutter functions together at the home’s keypads. Clearly arranged labels provide direct access to individual zones, from the kitchen and dining area to the living room.
Light that reveals the space.
Concealed lighting, illuminated recesses and accent lighting complement the clean lines of the interior. Technology is integrated into the architecture to support a calm, practical daily routine.
Communication from the entrance.
The video intercom provides a view of and communication with the entrance. This maisonette is presented as a separate project within the building of three smart homes, alongside selected shared views of the building and installation.
The gallery includes installation photographs and architectural visualisations of the spaces.
