Smart Home – KNX
KNX Smart Maisonette — Residence 02
The second of three smart maisonettes within a single building combines clean architectural lines with KNX automation. Lighting and shutter control are discreetly integrated into everyday life at home.
Our approach
Clean aesthetics. Intuitive control.
Lighting and shading with KNX.
Wall-mounted keypads bring together control of individual lighting zones and shutters. Clear labels make operation straightforward in the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Technology within the space.
Minimal surfaces, concealed lighting and connected living spaces create a calm environment. KNX keypads support the home’s functions with a discreet presence alongside its architectural elements.
One building, three distinct homes.
This maisonette is presented as a separate project within the shared building of three homes, all equipped with KNX automation. The presentation includes its own interiors and selected shared views of the building and installation.
The gallery includes installation photographs and architectural visualisations of the spaces.
