Dedicated Home Theater
Cine Eleni–Aimilia
An unusual space transformed into a private room for film and music. Careful planning addressed the construction challenges, allowing technology to serve the experience.
Our approach
Cinema beneath the stars.
A room with its own sense of calm.
Sound insulation was installed to limit disturbance to the floor above and the adjacent guest room. The HD projector is concealed in the ceiling and appears automatically when a film is about to start.
Sound without visual clutter.
The 7.1 system combines concealed front speakers and a subwoofer with multi-faced surround speakers. Equipment and sources sit in a custom wooden rack with hidden cabling and accessible connections for maintenance or upgrades. An HD satellite receiver was also integrated.
Atmosphere at a touch.
LED sources provide the main and decorative lighting. Optical fibres in the ceiling create a starry-sky effect, while a touchscreen activates the system’s stored scenes.
