Smart Meeting Room
At Bristol Myers Squibb’s headquarters, we created a meeting room that adapts to each use. Picture, sound, lighting and shading work together through a single control interface.
Our approach
The right setting for every meeting.
A space for communication.
The room combines sound insulation and acoustic treatment with a projector, motorised screen and multichannel sound using in-wall speakers. Infrastructure supports monitors or Smart TVs, a complete video conferencing setup and computer connections at the main table.
Lighting that adapts.
Existing luminaires were repositioned and dimmable wall lights were installed for use during presentations. Motorised shading and blackout systems create suitable projection conditions, even in daylight.
Ready at a touch.
A touchscreen brings the room’s systems together. Programmed scenes automatically coordinate the functions to suit the way the space is being used.
