130 m² KNX Smart Apartment with Discreet Home Cinema

A complete renovation transformed this 130 m² fourth-floor apartment into a home designed around everyday comfort. We designed and installed the electrical infrastructure, KNX automation, security systems and data network. A discreet home cinema became part of the living room, while the systems also extend to the parking space beneath the building.

A renovation built on the right foundations.

A carefully planned installation sits behind a well-designed interior. We carried out both the electrical design and installation alongside the other systems, considering the home as a whole from the outset. The complete renovation allowed cable routes and equipment positions to be planned before the finishes were completed.

KNX makes everyday life easier.

Lighting and shutters are controlled from the home’s wall switches, with clear indications and functions available where they are needed. Preset scenes bring several actions together: the atmosphere for relaxing, dining or watching a film can be adjusted with a single touch. Technology becomes a simple everyday convenience.

Security from the apartment to the parking space.

We designed and installed the alarm system and security cameras. Coverage includes the parking space on the open ground floor, extending protection beyond the main living areas to the property below.

Connectivity where it is needed.

The wired and wireless data network was designed as part of the overall installation, supporting connected devices, work and entertainment. Together with KNX and the security systems, it also serves the parking area beneath the building.

A living room every day. A cinema whenever you choose.

The home cinema was integrated with great discretion. The projector and motorised screen disappear into the ceiling when not in use, while the television is built into the fireplace surround. Immersive sound and a large image create a special viewing experience while preserving the living room’s character.

Electrical infrastructure, automation, security, networking and entertainment were designed as parts of the same home. The result brings together comfort, ease of use and discreet technology, with an infrastructure that supports the residents’ real daily needs.
