Smart Home – KNX
Smart Maisonette with Private Pool and KNX
One of three smart maisonettes within a single building, featuring a private pool and KNX automation. Technology is discreetly integrated into the spaces to make everyday control simple and intuitive.
Our approach
A distinct home. One seamless experience.
Smart control with KNX.
Lighting and roller shutters are controlled through wall-mounted interfaces. Clear labels and organised functions put control where it is needed while respecting the character of each space.
From the entrance to the pool.
The video intercom provides a view of the entrance and communication with visitors. The private pool gives this maisonette its distinctive character, connecting daily life with the outdoor space.
One building, three homes.
The building contains three maisonettes, all equipped with KNX automation. This project presents the home with the pool, alongside selected views of the shared building.
The gallery includes installation photographs and architectural visualisations of the spaces.
