Smart Systems for a Two-Residence Building

For a two-residence building, we integrated video entry, alarms, cameras, networking and TV reception. A shared infrastructure gives residents mobile control tailored to the needs of each home.

Our approach

Two homes. One integrated infrastructure.

Your entrance, within reach.

We installed door stations at the garden gate, main entrance and both homes. The 7-inch touchscreens display visitors and security cameras. Residents can answer calls, speak to visitors and unlock the door from their phones, with a visitor history and voice-message support.

Three layers of protection.

Hybrid alarm systems protect the property perimeter, building exterior and the interior of each home. When the alarm is triggered, the garden lights switch on automatically; disarming switches them off. Four lighting zones can be controlled from a phone, with a schedule for one zone.

Images when they matter.

The cameras identify people and vehicles in defined monitoring areas. Mobile alerts, live viewing and event-based recordings help residents check what is happening.

Connected spaces.

Wired networking and WiFi support both homes. Terrestrial and satellite systems provide television and radio reception, with provision for future system expansion.
